The cleaner greener way to prevent hard scale
Hardwater scale is an expensive nuisance. It clogs up pipes, blocks jets, furs kettles and coffee machines, it clings to heating coils and elements in boilers, water heaters, tanks, baths, basins, taps and tiles.
Cleaning it up increases maintenance costs. The life of the equipment is reduced. Extra energy costs are incurred in transferring heat through scaled up heating elements and pumping water through scale encrusted pipes.
Clearscale magnetic scale prevention units solve these problems. No salt or chemicals are involved, installation is simple and no maintenance is required.
Benefits of Clearscale
Reduced maintenance costs:
Savings in replacing scaled pipes. shower heads, tap washers and equipment.
No consumable extras
No salt, chemicals or electricity are needed.
Savings in energy costs
Heating water via encrusted elements and pumping through scaled up pipes requires more energy; scale free appliances function more efficiently and less expensively.
Savings in soaps and detergents
Clearscale treated water potentially reduces soap or detergent usage effective cleaning.
Environmentally benign
Clearscale is a natural way to prevent hard water scale because nothing is added or taken away.
For homes and individual items of equipment in commercial and industrial buildings, educational establishments, hospitals and institutions.
How Clearscale works
Clearscale is a specially design array of raw earth magnets encased in a copper tube which is connected into the water supply with compression fittings.
The calcium carbonate particles which are responsible for 'hard water' remain in susupension after magnetic treatment instead of precipitating out onto surfaces such as pipe walls and heating elements.
Clearscale units prevent and often remove existing scale in domestic, industrial and institutional installations.
Clearscale is simple to install - typically fitting takes 15-20 minutes.
in a domestic dwelling, the unit is normally fitted in the rising main. Where the unit is required to prevent scale in individual pieces of apparatus, clearscale is installed immediately prior to the equipment.
Payback and maintenance
Clearscale units usually pay for themselves within twelve months. Minimal maintenance is required.
